From the beginning, our main focus here at Viking Show Lambs and Genetics has been to continuously work at improving our flocks by only acquiring quality sires, as well as carefully selecting proven bloodlines from top breeders throughout the country. As commercial and registered sheep breeders, we use a strict approach to ensure our flocks exhibit champion, pedigree traits, including natural muscling and thickness, excellent breed character, natural mothering instincts, and show-ring competitiveness. This, coupled with our steadfast health, nutrition, and management plan, allows us to produce the highest quality show lambs in terms of performance and genetics.

Our stud rams and wether dams are chosen based on an exacting set of factors, such as longevity, milk ability, maternal instincts, wool quality, records, soundness, pedigree, and more. In fact, our club lamb producing rams are derived from some of the most widely-recognized sires in the industry. As for marks, hundreds of our show lambs have competed and placed in many national championships and livestock expositions across the country!
